NAIL DISORDERS
INGROWN NAILS
This condition can be caused by
improper cutting of the toe nails,
tight fitting shoes, structural toe
deformities or trauma.
Ignoring the problem often
results in severe infection
and the need for surgery.
HEMATOMA
(BLOOD UNDER NAIL)
This condition results from
trauma. If not treated, this condition
can become very painful.
Even more important is the
need to determine whether the bone
under the nail has been fractured.

FUNGUS NAILS
A very common condition.
Fungus loves warm
moist and dark areas to
flourish and grow. Therefore,
toe nails are especially vulnerable.
In the past, treatments were
poor and not very successful.
TODAY, it is different.
Many new methods and medications
combine to give rewarding results.
Dr. Chairman Comments:
"Diligent care on the part of the
Podiatrist minimizes further
complications and problems."
